Napp is a regenerative rest platform on a mission to combat the modern burnout epidemic by transforming rest into a strategy for daily performance. Built on the science of short, restorative periods, Napp provides an accessible way for everyone to reset their focus. By guiding users through proven protocols, the platform helps individuals unlock the cognitive and physical benefits of power naps to effectively reset their day.
Set to launch as both a mobile application and an immersive Virtual Reality experience, Napp aims to define a new category of smart recovery. It combines calming sensory cues with guided, science-backed rest cycles to help users achieve deep, restorative rest in as little as 30 minutes. It is a strategic solution designed to help people feel healthier, improve their focus, and thrive in an increasingly demanding world.
